Year-round operation. Weekday mornings before 11 AM are noticeably quieter than weekends and afternoons. Summer brings peak crowds when families visit alongside the adjacent water park add-ons. Winter evenings, with steam rising off the pool against snow, are the most atmospheric. Resort guests get early access on most days.

Resort lodging and pool packages bundle accommodations with pool access. Annual passes are available for locals. Towel and locker rental costs extra. Verify current pricing on the official site before driving.
Lifeguards are on duty during all open hours. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the main pool. The therapy pool at 104°F is restricted to adults and limits soaking sessions to 15 minutes for safety. Hydrate well before and during your visit. Avoid alcohol before soaking. The pool is sanitized but mineral water can stain swimsuits over time.
Iron Mountain Hot Springs sits 2 miles east with smaller, more intimate pools. Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park is a quarter-mile tram ride away. The Roaring Fork River and Glenwood Canyon offer rafting, fishing, and biking on the paved Glenwood Canyon Trail. Aspen is a 45-minute drive on Highway 82.
